Shipping and Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns. However, we are accepting exchanges in our SWIM items. We know sizing in swimwear can be tricky and want our customers to be completely happy and comfortable with our pieces, which were designed to enhance your natural beauty.
If you would like to exchange the size or color of your purchased item, we will gladly help you with the process and steps to take:
*Please note that all exchanges will be accepted only if the item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and protective hygienic liner. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you.
- Please email Miné Mediterranean at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise to notify us about your exchange and specify what size or color you would like to exchange your piece for.
- All exchanges are subject to availability – We will notify you within 1-2 business days if the size or color you want is available for exchange and provide you with a authorization number to fill in the exchange form enclosed in your order.
- Merchandise must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving an exchange authorization number.
- Fill out the Exchange form enclosed in your order.
- Place the item in the original shipping box.
- Please print out shipping label sent to your email, securely tape it to your box and remove original shipping labels to avoid confusions.
- Exchanges will be prepaid by Miné Mediterranean, however, we ask for you to please make the necessary arrangements for drop off at most convenient UPS location.
- We will ship back the item wished to be exchanged within 2- 3 business days after receiving and approving the merchandise.
- A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges in our APRÈS SWIM pieces nor in our PESTEMALS. If you have any specific questions about materials, size or fit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily answer any questions you might have.
Standard orders are typically processed between 1-2 business days and shipped using UPS. Standard deliveries will arrive to your shipping address from 3-5 days after being processed. Express shipping orders are typically processed the same day if order is placed before 1:00 pm EST, orders placed after this time will be processed next business day.
Orders and shipping to countries outside the US may be subject to import fees such as taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and other specific fees set by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend checking with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to your country.
Damaged Products and Shipping Errors
We take great care to ensure our products get to you in perfect conditions; we do constant quality control and check every detail before the item is shipped to you. In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process from the date we receive the item. We will refund the value of the item and be notified via email once the refund has taken place. Please note your bank may require additional days to process and credit this transaction back to your account.
